Hosting Online Classes

Online classes allow current members to stay engaged while your business is temporarily closed. They also provide you with the opportunity to connect with new members who live in different locations and could not previously make it to your school or gym.

Follow the steps below for a smooth transition to offering online classes:

Choose a Video Conferencing Software

Most of our clients are using Zoom as it’s a cost-effective solution that’s easy to set up and use. To address safety and privacy concerns, many clients have taken the following safety precautions and communicated these steps with parents to assure them of their children’s safety:

    • Meeting rooms are set up for all classes and lessons as an additional layer of security.
    • Members cannot enter the Zoom meeting without a staff member (Zoom meeting host) letting them in.
    • Members remain in the waiting room until the staff member verifies the member’s identity and validity for joining the class or lesson.
    • The Zoom meeting ID information is NOT shared publicly. It is only shared among members of the school or gym.
