How to Fill & Save PDFs
- 1. Save the PDF and open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.
If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, download the program here. Adobe Acrobat Reader is a free program to view, create, edit, print, and manage PDFs. - 2. Within the PDF, click on a purple form field. (NOTE: the purple box and red outline will NOT print. They simply indicate the fillable sections on the PDF.)
- 3. Select and replace all placeholder text in the purple form fields with your information.
- 4. Click on the placeholder images (“Your Logo Here” and “Replace with Your QR Code”). Click “Browse” in the pop-up pane before navigating to and selecting the correct image.
- 5. Click “File>Save” to save changes.
Tips for printing:
- – Poster and door hanger PDFs can be uploaded and printed at an online printing press like VistaPrint or printed at a local print shop.
- – Flyers can be printed on a standard printer on regular paper or taken to a copy shop.
