Tiered Membership Pricing Enhancement
The tiered membership pricing enhancement allows Member Manager users to effortlessly configure discounted pricing for multiple memberships within a single contract. It’s a feature tailor-made for increasing membership numbers and revenue.

Next-Generation Firewall
As cyber threats become more common and advanced, keeping our defenses strong is crucial. That’s why over the past year, we made a significant upgrade to our firewalls—we switched to a next-generation firewall (NGFW).
This new system comes with advanced security features like intrusion detection and response, endpoint protection, real-time analytics, and threat detection—features that help us stay ahead of cyber threats.
With the NGFW in place, we’re actively safeguarding transactions, minimizing the risk of fraudulent activities, and preventing potential downtime that would disrupt the essential payment processing and funding our clients rely on.
New Pay When Booking Feature
in the Member Portal
This addition to the Member Portal empowers members to conveniently buy packages and sessions directly from the class schedule. By simplifying the purchase process, members can quickly complete transactions, which drives increased sales and revenue to businesses that use our Member Manager solution.
New & Improved Monthly
Financial Statements
In March 2023, based on client feedback, we revamped and modernized our Monthly Financial Statement to give our client businesses a straightforward and easy-to-read snapshot of their monthly financial activity. Enhancements included 4 sections: a new, ultra-organized read on revenue, extensive details on deposits, a simplified month-end summary, and month-over-month and year-over-year funding statistics.

Our dedication to exceptional service shines through our Member Services Center, where we prioritize hands-on support for billing and payments.
Throughout the past year, our commitment was evident as we actively engaged with our clients’ valued members, handling more than 25,000 calls and over 10,000 emails. This level of interaction showcases our commitment to promptly and effectively assisting every member as needed.
Redesigned, Mobile-Responsive
Member Portal Dashboard
Our new Member Portal dashboard was released in 2023 to curate all vital account information in one spot.
Upon logging in, members are greeted by a dynamic dashboard that includes upcoming classes, remaining sessions, upcoming payments, and any alerts associated with their account.
Even better, our family accounts simplify access to multiple dashboards. With a single login, busy parents can effortlessly toggle between their own dashboard and their children’s dashboards, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Recurring Payment Information
Update Feature for Members
With this new feature, members can update their recurring payment information on their own 24/7 in the Member Portal, such as updating their credit card expiration date or switching their payment method from credit card to ACH. Not only does this feature reduce potential for errors, it ensures sensitive information remains secure.
Unfreezing Past Payments Enhancement
With this enhancement, clients can independently unfreeze past payments, generate invoices, and bill members. This autonomy streamlines processes, ensuring faster resolution and greater control over financial interactions.
New Newsletter, Cash Flow Accelerator
Responding to our clients’ requests, we unveiled Cash Flow Accelerator—a new monthly newsletter designed to provide ongoing, fresh insights on cash flow strategies. Covering a spectrum of topics like diversifying income streams and optimizing membership pricing, our aim is to help readers elevate their revenue strategy and revenue potential.

Improved Security Scorecard Rating
Throughout the past year, our proactive efforts led to an improvement in our security scorecard rating. This enhancement is pivotal as it reinforces our commitment to implementing and upholding the highest industry standards for safeguarding our websites and internet-facing applications.
New PCI Compliance Program
Demonstrating compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) on an annual basis is essential in safeguarding members’ sensitive information and reducing the risk of data breaches.
To make this certification process seamless for our valued clients, this past year we introduced a new comprehensive PCI compliance program. The program includes an intuitive, user-friendly portal along with dedicated assistance from our Client Services team to ensure a smooth and successful certification experience.

Providing greater flexibility in billing, the new pro-rated contract feature will allow members to join at any point in the billing cycle, rather than wait for the beginning of a new cycle. This feature is designed to encourage prompt sign-ups, improve retention rates, and capture revenue that might have been lost due to rigid billing cycles.
Enhanced Member Fee Reporting
Part of our Member Manager solution, the redesigned member fee reporting will provide a clear-cut breakdown of late fees, return fees, and processing fees owed by members. This simplified reporting will make it easier to understand and manage outstanding fees, and, in turn, lead to a smoother collection process.
