A message from our President
As I reflect on the past year, I want to thank you for the trust you place in us every day. Supporting your business, and the members who rely on you, is a responsibility we take seriously. We are grateful to be your partner.
You’re busy. You need systems that are practical, dependable, and built to hold up under daily use. We handle the complexity around things like AI, payments, and regulatory uncertainty so you can stay focused on growing your business. We have been deep under the hood, staying ahead of what’s coming, improving reliability, and making sure our service shows up consistently when you need it.
Security and reliability go hand in hand. This year, we completed a major upgrade to PCI 4.0, the global data security standard. We continue to harden our systems against a growing threat surface area, proudly passing multiple independent security reviews with top marks.
We are also making it easier to get help without friction. Being available when you need us has always been core to how we support you, and this year we added chat for service requests and continue to expand what it can handle. This makes it easier for members to engage with our team and get common questions answered outside typical business hours. Looking ahead, we will continue to expand our availability, including 24/7 phone support for everyday needs, so help is available on your and your members’ schedule, and our team is ready when it matters.
AI is moving quickly, and we have been putting it to work behind the scenes all year. What matters to us is not the label, but the results. We use it where it saves time, removes friction, and improves outcomes for you and your members. The next tool built this way launches in January: a new conversational reporting experience that lets you ask real questions and get clear answers from your data. More to come on this functionality soon.
