Cookie Policy

Last Updated: October 21, 2026

Unless otherwise expressly stated, terms in this Cookie Policy have the same meaning as defined in our Privacy Statement.

This Cookie Policy supplements the information contained in the Privacy Statement and describes how Member Solutions (a brand within the Vertus Group family of companies) uses cookies and related technologies on https://membersolutions.com while providing the Services. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and related technologies are, why we use them, and how you can manage your preferences when you visit our Sites.

What are cookies and related technologies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site.

We may use related technologies such as web beacons, pixels, embedded scripts, or other logging technologies.

How do we use cookies and related technologies?

We use cookies and related technologies for the following purposes:

  • Storing your preferences and settings;
  • Permitting you to sign-in and authenticate you so you can access our Sites;
  • Permitting us to deliver more relevant advertising content;
  • Securing our Sites, including for fraud detection and other security and network management;
  • Monitoring visitors to our Sites and collecting statistics regarding Site usage to inform how we can improve our Sites; and
  • Providing us with business and marketing information.

Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off on our Sites such as setting your privacy preferences and for security and network management. You may set your browser to block these cookies, but some parts of the Sites may not work.

Essential cookies — necessary for site functionality
Name of Cookie Purpose Typical Duration
msi_client_id First-party identifier used by our own servers to deduplicate analytics events and attribute a form submission to the browsing session that produced it. Not used for cross-site tracking. 2 years
msi_session_id, msi_session_n First-party session identifiers that let us know when a browsing session begins and ends on this site. Used to compute engaged-session metrics. Session
msi_first_touch, msi_first_visit_fired, msi_last_event_ts First-party cookies that remember your first visit and capture the campaign that referred you (e.g. UTM parameters from a link in an email we sent), so we can measure which outreach brings legitimate traffic. 30 days to 2 years
cf_bm, cf_clearance, __cf_bm Set by our edge security provider (Imperva / Cloudflare upstream) to distinguish real users from automated bots and to pass security challenges. Required for the site to serve pages to you. 30 minutes to 30 days
incap_ses_*, visid_incap_* Set by Imperva (our WAF) to maintain your session with the Imperva edge during the request lifecycle. Required for the site to serve pages to you. Session to 1 year

msi_gpc_optout First-party signal recording that your browser sent a Global Privacy Control (GPC) opt-out signal on this visit, so our Site can suppress loading of analytics and marketing cookies without re-reading the signal on every event. Session

Performance Cookies

These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Sites. They let us know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around our Sites. If you do not allow these cookies, we will not be able to measure performance of our Sites or use the information to improve our Sites.

Performance cookies — site analytics and measurement
Name of Cookie Purpose Typical Duration

_gid Set by Google Analytics 4 (same allowlist as _ga) to distinguish unique visitors within a 24-hour window. Suppressed when GPC is detected. 24 hours

Marketing Cookies

These cookies enable our Sites to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or third parties whose services we have added to our pages to help us and third parties to deliver more relevant content. If you do not allow these cookies, some of the Services may not function properly.

Marketing cookies — personalization and engagement
Name of Cookie Purpose Typical Duration
__hstc, hubspotutk, __hssc, __hssrc Set by HubSpot Conversations (our chat widget) and HubSpot’s analytics to identify returning visitors, track conversations across sessions, and attribute sales activity. Targeting Cookies

These cookies may be set through our Sites by our advertising providers. They may be used to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant advertisements on other websites. If you do not allow these cookies, you will get less targeted advertising.

We do not currently set any targeting cookies. Google Ads Enhanced Conversions and Facebook Conversions API are configured in our back-end but disabled; if we enable them in the future we will update this policy to describe the specific technologies and provide an opt-out mechanism. Suppressed when GPC is detected.

Service Providers (processors)

In addition to the cookies above, our Site transmits personal information to the following service providers acting as processors on our behalf. These transfers happen server-side (not via browser cookies), but we disclose them here for transparency:

  • HubSpot — CRM for storing contact submissions from our web forms. HubSpot is a controller-to-processor relationship under our Data Processing Agreement.
  • Resend — transactional email service for delivering ops alerts and reply notifications.
  • ip-api.com — IP geolocation service used to infer approximate city/region from your IP address at the moment of a form submission. The IP is sent to ip-api.com; no persistent identifier is created.
  • Cloudflare — upstream CDN / edge security.
  • Imperva — Web Application Firewall at our edge.
  • Google Analytics 4 — measurement platform. See “Performance Cookies” above.

How to set or change your cookie settings

You may change and manage your cookie preferences in a few ways.

  • Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: If your browser sends the Sec-GPC: 1 signal (built into Brave, available as an extension in Firefox and Chrome), our Site treats this as an opt-out from analytics and marketing cookies for your visit. Our server also honors the signal server-side, suppressing data sends to third-party ad/analytics destinations.
  • Browser settings: Most web browsers allow you some control of most cookies through browser settings. To find out more about cookies, including how to see what cookies have been set, visit www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.

For more information on how to control your cookies on your web browser, refer to the following pages on popular web browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and Apple Safari.

Please note that if you choose to block all cookies (including essential ones), our Sites may not function correctly.

Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational or legal reasons.
