Portal Module Visibility Controls
You now control exactly what your members see in the portal. Hide any tab or widget your club doesn't use, like Marketplace, Enroll, or Upcoming Payments, so members only see what's relevant to them. Everything is on by default, so nothing changes until you decide to make a switch. Find it in Setup, then Personalize, then Member Portal Setup.

Default Status Sync Between APS and Member Manager
Accounts that are 150 or more days overdue in APS now automatically update in Member Manager every night. No manual work needed. Once an account is flagged, new invoices and renewals are blocked and check-in access is restricted. A clear alert shows up on the member profile with the account name, how long it has been overdue, and the balance owed. There is also a new Default Accounts report under Reports, then Contracts. Filter it and export to CSV or PDF.

Bulk Messaging from the Contract Report
Send emails and texts to multiple members at once directly from the Contract Report. Filter by contract type (frozen memberships, specific programs, or expiring agreements), then choose to message all matching members or a selected subset. Messages support personalization tokens (#FIRST NAME#, #LAST NAME#, #LOGIN#), respect TCPA opt-in status, and are sent through your existing email and SMS setup. All sends are logged with recipient counts and source attribution.

AI Chat Assistant
All clubs now have access to an AI-powered chat tool directly inside the platform. Staff can type plain questions to instantly pull up member details, find accounts with outstanding balances, check open tasks, and more. No reports to run, no menus to dig through.

Automatic Member Portal Invites
Customers who purchase contracts now automatically receive an invitation to create their Member Portal account. Staff can also manually send portal invites and password reset emails directly from the member profile in Member Manager.

Report Export Filenames Now Include Report Title
Scheduled report downloads now include the report title within the CSV filename, making it easier to identify files at a glance without opening them.

Bug Fixes
Birthday field default value corrected (previously displayed as 1/1/1970 when blank). Court booking confirmation emails now properly display the staff member's name. FSB billing contracts no longer incorrectly default to cash payment method.
