There's a new badge in your header and sidebar that gives you a heads-up when something needs a look. You'll see it right away, with no need to open a separate dashboard to check.

Good news: you can now update payment schedules on backdated contracts and contracts with free payment periods, right on your own. No need to open a support ticket.

From now on, whoever signs a contract must be 18 or older. This is true for new contracts and renewals. Members younger than 18 can still join, since an adult just needs to sign for them.

We fixed a bug that could make invoice creation get stuck after a system hiccup. Invoices now generate smoothly.

The Member Portal loads faster now, so members spend less time waiting and more time getting things done.

We polished a few small things in the portal: student alert settings, filter counts, and overall menu layout.

Now you can see exactly which members can use the Member Portal but haven't set up their login yet. Create accounts for them one at a time or all at once, and the system sends them a setup email right away. It also lets you know if anyone is missing key info like an email address or birthday so nothing slips through the cracks.

You can now have the Delinquency Report sent straight to your inbox on a schedule you pick: daily, weekly, or whatever works best for your team. No more logging in just to grab it. It shows up as a PDF, ready to go.

Every night, the platform checks for members who show as Active but don't have a current contract or any upcoming sessions. Those accounts make your numbers look bigger than they really are. The AI Data Hygiene tool shows you who was flagged, tells you why, and makes it easy to jump straight to their profile or get them signed up for a new contract. It never changes anything on its own, so you stay in control the whole time. Find it in the AI section of the sidebar.

You now control exactly what your members see in the portal. Hide any tab or widget your club doesn't use, like Marketplace, Enroll, or Upcoming Payments, so members only see what's relevant to them. Everything is on by default, so nothing changes until you decide to make a switch. Find it in Setup, then Personalize, then Member Portal Setup.

Accounts that are 150 or more days overdue in APS now automatically update in Member Manager every night. No manual work needed. Once an account is flagged, new invoices and renewals are blocked and check-in access is restricted. A clear alert shows up on the member profile with the account name, how long it has been overdue, and the balance owed. There is also a new Default Accounts report under Reports, then Contracts. Filter it and export to CSV or PDF.

Send emails and texts to multiple members at once directly from the Contract Report. Filter by contract type (frozen memberships, specific programs, or expiring agreements), then choose to message all matching members or a selected subset. Messages support personalization tokens (#FIRST NAME#, #LAST NAME#, #LOGIN#), respect TCPA opt-in status, and are sent through your existing email and SMS setup. All sends are logged with recipient counts and source attribution.

All clubs now have access to an AI-powered chat tool directly inside the platform. Staff can type plain questions to instantly pull up member details, find accounts with outstanding balances, check open tasks, and more. No reports to run, no menus to dig through.

Customers who purchase contracts now automatically receive an invitation to create their Member Portal account. Staff can also manually send portal invites and password reset emails directly from the member profile in Member Manager.

Scheduled report downloads now include the report title within the CSV filename, making it easier to identify files at a glance without opening them.

Birthday field default value corrected (previously displayed as 1/1/1970 when blank). Court booking confirmation emails now properly display the staff member's name. FSB billing contracts no longer incorrectly default to cash payment method.

Set up automated report delivery on a schedule that works for your team. Choose how often reports go out, toggle them on or off, and control which staff members receive them. An admin dashboard shows all your active automations in one place. No more manual CSV exports.

Bookmark your most-used reports with the new star icon on the Reports page. Favorites appear at the top for every user, reducing search time and giving each staff member a personalized reporting experience.

The Outstanding Invoices dashboard report now displays contract dates, giving your billing team clearer context when following up on unpaid balances.

When a club instance has no tasks created yet, the system now surfaces help documentation for leads and tasks, making it faster for new clubs to get up and running.

Prorated contracts now display the correct initial payment dates. Fixed a caching issue that caused incorrect verification messages during Member Portal registration in certain circumstances.

Lead flows can now include a 2-week facility check-in trial package, giving prospective members a low-friction way to try your school before committing to a contract.

Member accounts now support a primary and secondary email address. Booking confirmations and invoices can go to both. Great for family accounts or members who want their billing sent to a separate address.

Performance improvements to the check-in system for faster load times and improved reliability during peak class hours.

Members can now initiate contract cancellations directly from the Member Portal. Cancellations are subject to contractual policies and are only available for contracts originally purchased through the portal.

Members can now scan their barcode directly in the portal, matching the existing printable barcode tag functionality and giving front-desk staff a faster check-in option.

Shipping and privacy policies are now integrated into the Member Portal, keeping members informed and reducing support requests about policy details.
